And forgot the Great Manure Crisis of 1894. Which is odd. He was only a bay at the time. Have a read – there are lots of lessons that we can and should take from this fascinating story.
Kathryn Robinson. ABC Newsreader.
Something’s wrong with the ABC.
According to ABC newsreader Kathryn Robinson, decapitation-crazed Islamic State lunatics are actually “freedom fighters”.
Listen from the 5:30 mark.
Then she gets over her skies here and makes another whoopsie-doodle:
Ohhhh that one. She has form. #THEDRUM Always so intense and 'correct' …. seems she isn't. There are other instances of her being loose with the truth.
But ABC seem to employ a lot of them. pic.twitter.com/N8Qe22o4ZU

That slander resulted in this apology before the lawyers could fire off a letter:
Oscar Hammerstein II (b 1895)
Hammerstein’s contribution to 20th century music can’t be overstated.
He was librettist for:
- The Sound of Music
- South Pacific
- The King and I
- Show Boat.
Sinatra always sang this song beautifully (if you forgive the wig).
The phrasing from 1:20 to 1:35 shows his artistry and the crescendo from 2:15 is superb. The voice. The orchestra and the orchestration.
Will Amal Clooney now stand up for Tommy Robinson?
British far-right activist Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (aka Tommy Robinson) was jailed on Thursday for committing contempt of court after he filmed defendants during a trial last year and posted the footage on social media.
On the same day:
Human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, recently appointed the UK’s first Special Envoy on Media Freedom, told the inaugural Defend Media Freedom conference in east London that the recent ABC newsroom raid was an example of global challenges to freedom of speech.
